Short version: we use your details to pick up your books, and for nothing else.

What we collect

When you request a pickup — through the form, by phone with Sam, or by chat — we ask for your name, phone number, email address, pickup address, and details about the books, plus any photos you choose to send. That's all, and only when you give it to us.

How we use it

To arrange and carry out your pickup: emailing you the pickup day, and finding the right porch on the day. Phone and chat conversations with Sam are recorded and transcribed so our team can read the request.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone.
• We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing messages.
• We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep pickup requests as our record of completed pickups. If you'd like your details removed, reply to any email from us and we'll delete them.
